However as noted on T-mobile’s support page, the update was originally halted on the 3rd of April which was about 3 weeks ago. We’re not sure why the update’s rollout hasn’t been resumed since, but for now the status is still that it is temporarily unavailable. No mention of what could have caused the update to be paused only 2 days after its initial rollout, so we guess users will just need to exercise a bit of patience until then.
It is possible that maybe there could have been a breaking bug that would have caused major issues to users who update, but then again if that was the case, T-Mobile would encourage users to roll back to the previous update already. If that’s the case perhaps it wasn’t a breaking bug but one that might be complex enough to take this long to address.
T-Mobile has yet to officially comment on the delay of the rollout so it looks like users will just have to play the waiting game.
