Earlier this year a trailer for the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story was released, but in case that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, you’ll be pleased to learn that a new trailer has since been released, giving us a better look at the upcoming movie where we get a look at a young Lando Calrissian who is played by Donald Glover.
It will be interesting to see how the movie turns out, especially when you consider some of the reported troubles the movie faced during its early stages. Take for example how both the movie’s original directors, Phil Lord and Chris Miller, left the movie halfway through filming, leading Ron Howard to step in for them.
There were also reports about how an acting coach had to be brought in for Alden Ehrenreich who has been cast as Han Solo in the film. This has led to some questioning the state of the movie and how it would be received upon its release, but we guess we’ll just have to wait. In addition to Ehrenreich and Glover, Woody Harrelson and Emilia Clarke will also be starring in the film.
It will also see Joonas Suotamo who will be playing as Chewbacca, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Paul Bettany (who many might know as Vision in the Marvel Cinematic Universe). The movie is currently set for a release on the 25th of May.
