The good news is that if the latest rumor is to be believed, Samsung could be making a huge improvement in the battery department of the phone because it is rumored that the phone could pack a 3,8500mAh or 4,000mAh battery. This is huge because last year’s Note 8 was launched with a 3,300mAh battery that was smaller than the Galaxy S8+ which was a bit disappointing.

This is quite a sizable jump and it should sit well with those who are looking to upgrade their phones to the Galaxy Note 9 this year and don’t want to have to worry about battery life. As for other specs, it’s probably safe to assume it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, feature anywhere between 6-8GB of RAM, and there have been rumors about whether or not it could pack an in-display fingerprint sensor.
In any case it’s probably best to take this information with a grain of salt for now but hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
