Solo: A Star Wars Story will be released next month and it will basically tell the tale of a young Han Solo and his adventures when he was young. So far we’ve only had one spin-off Star Wars movie and this will mark the second, but it does not necessarily mean the end of Alden Ehrenreich’s Han Solo character.
Speaking to Esquire. Ehrenreich revealed that he was signed to do three more Han Solo movies. It also seems that the actor might have revealed more than he should as he said, “I don’t know if that’s officially, uh, public. But—yeah.” It is unclear if these will be standalone Han Solo movies, or if it could be other Star Wars movies that feature Han Solo in them.
However what’s interesting is that Ehrenreich is signed to do three movies (including the upcomig one). This is because there was a lot of controversy and drama during the production of the movie, leading to the initial directors walking off the movie and where Ron Howard had to be brought on to complete it.
In any case we guess we’ll have to wait until the 25th of May to find out if this Han Solo Star Wars movie will be any good, but what do you guys think of the idea that the character of Han Solo is expected to make more appearances in future Star Wars movies?
