Konami has recently published the hardware requirements on Steam where it reveals both the minimum and recommended hardware specs for PC gamers. Starting with the minimum, gamers will be required to run 64-bit Windows 7 or better, have an Intel Core i5-4460 CPU clocked at 3.40GHz or better, 4GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 with 2GB of VRAM or better.
For those who meet the minimum requirements and think that they can do better, Konami is actually recommending an Intel Core i7-4790 clocked at 3.90GHz or better, 8GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or better. Other than that, the OS of choice and storage (20GB) are the same.
Metal Gear Survive was originally supposed to be released last year, but Konami delayed it to the 20th of February, 2018. It marks the first Metal Gear game without Hideo Kojima’s involvement which we’re sure many are wondering how it will fare, although it seems that those who took part in the beta seem to be pretty upbeat about the game.
