According to some iPhone X users, it seems that the phone is pulling their hair out. We know this sounds strange, but apparently the gap between the mute switch and the bezel is catching some hair (both on the head and facial) of some users when they talk on the phone, and pulls them out when they move their phone away from their face.
This is actually a surprisingly common problem as there have been multiple posts on Reddit, Twitter, and Apple’s own forum in which users are complaining about the issue. Some note that this is a design flaw, while others are saying that it is a defect in their unit. Some have also had some luck in fixing the problem by adding a protective case to the phone.
Like we said, this is an issue that we don’t think we’ve ever heard of before, although apart from it being rather annoying it doesn’t really seem like it could be a deal breaker, but what do you guys think? Any of our readers experience similar problems with their iPhone X?
