As you can see from the photos, the Acer Spin 3 is pretty much your typical hybrid laptop/tablet. It can be used like a regular laptop, but thanks to its 360-degree dual-torque hinge, it will allow users to spin the display around and fold it into a tablet-like device, giving users access to a touchscreen and also make it slightly more portable.
According to Acer, the Spin 3 will feature Intel’s 8th-gen Core processor, a 14-inch Full HD IPS display, and also boasts up to 12 hours of battery life (although your mileage may vary depending on how you use it). There will also be two built-in speakers that will use Acer’s TrueHarmony audio technology.
As for pricing and availability, the Acer Spin 3 will be released in North America in February and is priced starting at US$599, and will arrive in EMEA in January with prices starting at €649.
