In a recent interview with Famitsu (via Japanese Nintendo; via Nintendo Life), Zelda’s producer Eiji Aonuma confirmed that with the release of the second DLC, the game is now “complete” and it marks the end of Breath of the Wild. This means that gamers probably shouldn’t expect anymore DLCs or new content for the game in general.
However the good news is that if you recall, a report from several days ago seemed to have confirmed that a new Zelda title is already in development. It is unclear as to how far into development the title is, but the upside is that it is already being worked on, so presumably we’re at least 1-2 years away from seeing it released.
Not much is known about said title, but we can imagine that Nintendo will probably want to try and replicate Breath of the Wild’s success.
