Earlier this year the folks at 20th Century Fox released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Deadpool 2 movie. For those who are understandably excited for the sequel, you’ll be pleased to learn that a new teaser trailer has since been released, and given that this Deadpool we’re talking about, as expected it was done in a very Deadpool-style.
In fact the description of the trailer reads, “After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.”
Deadpool 2 is expected to be released on the 1st of June, 2018. It will see actor Ryan Reynolds return as the show’s protagonist, Deadpool, and it will also see the return of several characters from the previous Deadpool movie, as well as some new ones such as Josh Brolin who will star as Cable (due to Deadpool not being part of the MCU, Brolin gets to play as Thanos in the upcoming Avengers movie as well as Cable) and Zazie Beetz who has been cast as Domino.
As you might have heard, Tim Miller will no longer be directing the movie, but hopefully the tone of the movie should remain intact as screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have also penned the script for the sequel.
