However clearly Google isn’t done introducing new features to Allo because according to the folks at Android Police, more features could be headed the app’s way. The report from Android Police is based on a video and screenshots shared to them by a source who is someone allegedly testing preview features in Allo, and from what they have seen, one of those new features comes in the form of an “Activities” tab.
This Activities tab will bring up a list of various activities that will be offered by the app. This includes things like being able to create a shareable list that others can add and edit, an item called “Hello World” that lets users display a message, and also a bunch of mini games. The Attach Location and File feature has also been moved from the toolbar to the Activities tab.
It’s not exactly the most groundbreaking of features, but if you’re someone who does use Allo quite a bit, these changes could be somewhat welcome. There’s no telling when these features will be launched, or even if they will be launched like what has been described, but we’ll keep an eye out for more details.
