The company has recently taken the wraps off its latest e-reader in the form of the Nook GlowLight 3. According to Barnes & Noble, one of the features of the GlowLight 3 is its “enhanced front light technology”, which apparently makes it comfortable to read whether it be day or night. There is also an additional night mode that turns the screen orange to help make it easier on the eyes when used in the dark. It also doubles as a blue light reducer which has in the past been found to mess up your sleeping patterns.
The GlowLight 3 will also double the storage capacity of the tablet from 4GB to 8GB, meaning that you’ll be able to fit in more ebooks than before. Other than that, it’s pretty much standard as what you might expect from an e-reader such as this. Like we said it does cater to a more specific crowd, like those who might prefer the longer battery life of an e-reader without the distractions of tablet.
If this sounds like something you might be interested in, the GlowLight 3 is now available for pre-order from Barnes & Noble’s website where it is priced at $120.
