This is according to a tweet by the Head of Xbox Phil Spencer himself in which he reassured gamers that shipments of the Xbox One X are “fine”. Presumably this means that the console is still well on track to being released on the 7th of November as previously planned. However we should remind gamers that a recent report has suggested that there could be some supply shortages at the start.
No. Shipments are fine.

This is according to Xbox UK head Harvey Eagle who told GamesIndustry.biz that gamers might not be able to simply walk into a store and pick one up for themselves. “I can’t guarantee that stock will be available in launch week for people to just walk into a store and pick up. Demand is really high. I’d just encourage people if they want one at launch, to get moving.”
However Eagle reassured that Microsoft is expected to continue making weekly deliveries to retailers, so if you can’t find units at launch you can always try the following week or another store.
