In a hands-on video that was uploaded onto Facebook and shared on Reddit (the video has since been taken down), it seems that one tech journalist had uploaded an early hands-on video of the upcoming phone. In the process he also confirmed some of the handset’s specs and also that it would be offered in a translucent finish, as you can see in the screenshot above.
As we had previously indicated, HTC might have clued us in on that particular finish when they posted a teaser image regarding potential wireless charging, where an image of a see-through phone was shared. As for the rest of the specs, it seems to be in line with what we’ve been hearing, which is that it will feature a 6-inch display, wireless charging, water-resistance, a battery that’s close to 4,000mAh, and 128GB of storage.
The video also suggested that it would cost €730 which would be around $850 should it find its way stateside. In any case HTC should have the additional details for us come 2nd of November, so check back with us then for more updates.
