HTC U11 Life’s Specs & Details Accidentally Revealed By T-Mobile

Last month we heard the rumors that HTC has an Android One handset in the works in the form of the HTC U11 Life. While Android One devices aren’t new, most of them typically find their way to emerging markets where consumers are more price sensitive, but a recent report has suggested that the HTC U11 Life could be finding its way onto T-Mobile.

This initially came as a post on Reddit by someone alleging to be a T-Mobile store manager, but it seems that T-Mobile themselves might have confirmed the handset’s launch, thanks to someone at the company accidentally publishing a support page for the HTC U11 Life (via Android Police).

The support page has also revealed pretty much all of the specs of the phone, leaving nothing to the imagination. For starters we are looking at the use of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset where the phone will also be accompanied by 3GB of RAM and will sport a 5.2-inch Full HD display.

We’re also looking at the use of a 16MP front-facing camera, a 16MP rear-facing camera, a 2,600mAh battery, IP67 certification for dust and water-resistance, and it is expected to come with Android 7.1.1 preinstalled. HTC is expected to host an event on the 2nd of November where it is possible the phone will be announced. Earlier rumors have suggested that it might be for the HTC U11+, but conflicting reports are claiming that it isn’t.
