According to a report from Famitsu (via Nintendo Everything), it seems that the Japanese dates for both games has been revealed to be the 30th of November. Unfortunately there was no mention of when the games would be released stateside or for other markets around the world, and given that sometimes games in Japan do get an earlier release than the west, it’s hard to say, although here’s hoping that the 30th of November is a worldwide release as well, otherwise fans will just have to wait.
It should be noted that Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 have been released for both the PS4 and Xbox One towards the end of August, so Switch gamers actually have to wait quite a bit before it is their turn. These aren’t exactly new Resident Evil titles per se, but perhaps Capcom is testing the waters with the Switch release to see if future Resident Evil titles could eventually find their way onto the console.
