This is according to the sales figures tracked by companies such as NPD and Chart-Track GFK who tracked the sales of the title over markets such as North America and Australia. However note that this is based on physical sales of the title, although we suppose that it could also be a potential gauge for overall sales as well.
So far the third-party releases we’ve seen for the Switch have been mostly well-received, like Super Bomberman R and Puyo Puyo Tetris, just to name a few. That being said, there are still quite a few third-party titles that have yet to be released on the Switch, such as Bethesda who recently announced a slew of third-party games for the Switch, such as 2016’s DOOM reboot, Wolfenstein II, and Skyrim, some of which are expected to be launched this year, while the rest will be arriving in 2018.
