Free HBO Now Included In AT&T Unlimited Choice Plan

After announcing the subscribers on its Unlimited Plus plan will receive free access to HBO with their wireless plan back in April this year, AT&T has now confirmed that subscribers on both of its unlimited plans will be able to get HBO for free. AT&T has confirmed today that its new and existing Unlimited Choice customers will get HBO starting Friday, September 15th.

HBO is now included in both the AT&T Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Choice plans whether the customer has 1 line or 10 lines. The price stays the same. This means that a subscriber on the Unlimited Choice plan gets unlimited talk, text, data, and HBO for $60 per month.

Customers on both plans will continue to receive a $25 per month video credit on applicable AT&T video services. Unlimited Plus customers can use their credit on DirecTV, DirecTV Now, and U-verse TV. AT&T Unlimited Choice customers can apply the credit to their DirecTV Now subscription.

Customers already paying for an existing AT&T video service will get HBO added for no extra charge to their existing plan. Current HBO subscribers will no longer have to pay for access to the cable network. Those who don’t want to access HBO through an AT&T video service will be able to access the network through DirecTV Now and HBO GO apps.
