Recently we have been hearing reports that Bose might have a new pair of headphones in the works in the form of the Quiet Comfort 35 II. What makes these headphones interesting is that they are said to feature Google Assistant built into them and is rumored to be part of Google’s “Bisto” lineup of devices which we have been hearing about.
Turns out that the headphones are not only real, but could go on sale soon because in a recent tweet by Jeremy Judkins, it seems that he has spotted the Bose QC 35 II at a Best Buy outlet, complete with the mention of Google Assistant’s integration. However despite it being put on display, Best Buy’s system would not allow the headphones to be sold and priced it at $350.

So when will the headphones be released? According to a report from 9to5Google, they made inquiries and was told by Best Buy employees that the headphones would be going on sale this coming Friday, the 22nd of September. It is an interesting choice of a date because it was widely speculated that the headphones could have been announced on the 4th of October at Google’s Pixel 2 event.
However we suppose Bose could launch the headphones early and Google could simply mention it again at the event, although it would no longer be a surprise by then.
