Starting with the G613, this is the latest mechanical keyboard from Logitech. According to the company, it will offer up 1ms report rate and will rely on Bluetooth connectivity to pair with your computer. It is also said to offer up to 18 months of battery life using just two AA batteries, and will come with six programmable G-keys and will use Logitech’s Romer-G mechanical key switches.
As for the mouse, we are looking at a mouse with a sensitivity that goes up to 12,000 DPI and is paired with Logitech G’s HERO sensor, which apparently will be good for up to 500 hours of non-stop gaming at maximum performance, and will use LIGHTSPEED wireless technology to offer “professional-grade” wireless performance.
If these new Logitech peripherals sound like something you might be interested in, they are expected to be made available in August, which is this month, so you should be able to find them at retailers. The G613 keyboard will retail for $150 while the G603 mouse will go for $70.
