The rumor mill can’t seem to make up its mind about the iPhone 8 launch. It was previously reported that the launch of Apple’s next-generation iPhone had been delayed to October. We then heard that Apple was going to launch it on time next month. Today, a new rumor suggests that the iPhone 8 will now be officially announced by Apple in November.
The rumor is based on the comments from an alleged Apple component supplier based in South Korea who claims that Apple has decided to delay the iPhone 8 launch to November.
The company has apparently made this decision because of an unfinished design and some technical issues. It’s claimed that Apple is yet to finalize the iPhone 8’s rear design. The supplier is still waiting for Apple’s final decision before it can start supplying the parts.
However, the rumor claims that Apple is going to unveil its two iPhone 7s models on time in September. While previous reports suggested that the iPhone 8 will be launched alongside the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus, the latest rumor claims that this will not be the case.
None of the above has been officially confirmed by Apple so as always, take this information with a grain of salt.
