For the most part, the Note 8’s final specs don’t differ too greatly from what we’ve been hearing so far, so we guess at least the rumor mill has been consistent. Starting with the display, the phone is said to feature a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. This makes it a hair thicker than that of the Galaxy S8+.
The handset is also rumored to pack either an Exynos 8895 chipset or the Snapdragon 835 chipset, which we guess isn’t that surprising. We are also looking at a bump in RAM from 4GB to 6GB, something that some have been asking for, and also 64GB of onboard storage with the option to expand via microSD.
The Note 8 is also rumored to pack dual rear-facing cameras, an 8MP front-facing camera, and a fast-charging 3,300mAh battery. Like we said it sounds like what we’ve been hearing so far, but we guess we should be able to find all the official details come 23rd of August which is when the phone is expected to be announced.
