Prior to this, the Moto Z Force was a Verizon exclusive, but if a recent tweet by Evan Blass is any indication, the Moto Z2 Force will apparently launch on all carriers, meaning that regardless if you’re an AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile subscriber, you should be able to get your hands on the phone.
Of course we can’t confirm the accuracy of his claims, but Blass has had a pretty stellar track record when it comes to reporting such rumors, so there is a very, very good chance that he could be right. In the past we have seen how Motorola and Verizon have had a good working relationship, where Verizon would routinely get special Droid edition handsets exclusive to their network.
We’re not sure what’s changed, or maybe there could still be a special Droid version of the Moto Z2 Force that’s exclusive to Verizon, but either way check back with us on the 25th of July for the details.
