When it comes to smartphones, it’s hard to deny that for Android devices, most people might look towards companies such as Samsung, although it seems that HTC could have potentially created a rather in-demand device in the form of the HTC U11 which recently went on sale in the US.

It has been noted that the handset in question has managed to sell out on HTC’s US website and Amazon, and the waiting time to get your hands on one is set anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Now we can’t be 100% sure if this wait is due to HTC underestimating the demand for the phones and thus producing insufficient units, or if it is because customers are truly smitten by what the phone has to offer.

However the good news is that if you did want to get the phone, there are alternative platforms such as Sprint in which you will be able to purchase the phone from. The only thing is that purchasing it from Sprint means you’ll be locked to the carrier for the duration of your agreement/contract with them, so if you wanted an unlocked device you’ll have to wait.

The HTC U11 is currently the company’s latest flagship and it packs the latest high-end hardware. It also features a rather unique feature in the form of a touch-sensitive frame that users can squeeze in order to perfect certain actions, such as launching apps.
