For those who are interested, the Fire 7 is priced at $49.99 while the Fire HD 8 will be going for $79.99. We should point out that neither of these tablets are the most high-end tablets available in the market today, but if you wanted a tablet for a very affordable price that lets you surf the web, watch videos, and so on, this could be it.
In case you missed the announcement in May, the new Fire 7 tablet will feature a 7-inch display with a battery life of up to 8 hours, 8GB or 16GB storage options that can be expanded up to 256GB. As for the Fire HD 8, this will sport an 8-inch 1200×800 display with up to 12 hours of battery life, and 16/32GB storage options that can also be expanded to 256GB if you choose.
Both tablets will ship with Fire OS 5 and will also come with Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant AI software. They are also available in a variety of bright colors.
