Sony is yet to confirm which games will be offered for free to PlayStation Plus subscribers next month. It’s one of the perks of the company’s PlayStation Plus subscription service which is also required if you want to play online on the PlayStation 4. The names that were leaked inadvertently by the official PlayStation Twitter account for Turkey last week are on the official list, apparently.
The reiteration comes from a trailer for the free PlayStation Plus games lineup for June 2017 that’s up on the official YouTube account of PlayStation EU, even though the trailer hasn’t been published as yet.
The free PlayStation 4 games for next month include Life is Strange and Killing Floor 2. Life is Strange is a five part episodic game which brings a new twist to the story-based choice formula.
Killing Floor 2 is a first-person shooter and a sequel to the original Killing Foor game that was released back in 2009. Players will be combating the outbreak of a deadly disease in this game.
Since an official announcement has not yet been made, it’s unclear which games will go free for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Given that June is almost here, we can expect Sony to come forward with the full PlayStation Plus lineup for June 2017 in the very near future.
