These renders come courtesy of Roland Quandt of Winfuture.de and it seems to be pretty standard as far as the design is concerned. There is a button on the front which is presumably the home button/fingerprint sensor, and a single camera on the back so don’t go about expecting to see a dual camera setup for this particular device.

As for specs, the Moto E4 Plus appears to be a low-end offering. It will feature a 5.5-inch 720p HD display, and under the hood we are looking at a MediaTek MT6737M chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with a quad-core processor. It is also rumored to come with 2-3GB of RAM depending on region, and 16GB of expandable storage.
