Moto C And Moto C Plus Officially Announced
There have been countless leaks concerning the Moto C and Moto C Plus from Motorola and today the company has officially announced both devices. They’re geared more towards customers who are in the market for a robust yet affordable smartphone so if flagship-level specifications are what you’re looking for, then look elsewhere. Motorola has also confirmed the countries where these handsets will be released.
The Moto C is powered by a quadcore 1.3 GHz MediaTek processor with 1GB of RAM and up to 16GB of storage with microSD card support. It also features a 5 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front camera. It has a 5 inch 854×480 pixel resolution display as well as a 2,350mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Moto C Plus has a 64 bit 1.3Ghz MediaTek processor coupled with up to 2GB of RAm and 16GB of storage with microSD card support. It has a 5 inch 720p display, an 8 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front camera aside from a 4,000mAh battery.
Both handsets are powered by Android 7.0 Nougat. Prices for the Moto C start at €89 and for the Moto C Plus at €119. Motorola has confirmed that these smartphones will be released in several markets across Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. They will not be released in the United States.
