However in a recent tweet by HTC, it seems that the HTC U 11 might be packing another interesting feature in the form of a 360-degree camera. According to the tweet, HTC writes, “360 real-life recording”, which more or less gives it away. We’re not sure how it will work, but presumably it will be some kind of combination between the front and back

Alternatively there could be some kind of accessory that users can buy with the phone, but we guess we won’t know until we get our hands on it. In the meantime the HTC U 11 is scheduled for an announcement on the 16th of May as per HTC’s invite. The handset will be packing the latest hardware, such as the Snapdragon 835 chipset.
It is also rumored to feature a QHD display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and more. It will be interesting to see how the handset holds up against the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the LG G6, so we’ll just have to wait and see for ourselves.
