However the good news is that according to reports, Bixby Voice has begun to roll out over in South Korea. This means that users in South Korea will be able to use their voice to control the software and get it to do tasks for it. We’re not sure what was with the delay to begin with but initial reports have suggested that it wasn’t quite up to scratch yet.
Presumably the rollout means that Samsung might have addressed whatever the problem was. Unfortunately this rollout is only for South Korea. However last we heard Samsung Canada had promised that the feature would be arriving in Spring and we’re not sure if that is applicable for the US market as well.
Either way we guess the release in South Korea means that the feature should already be good enough to go live so maybe a release in other markets won’t be too far behind, but we’ll definitely keep our eyes peeled.
