The company has been steadily releasing apps for both platforms and the most recent to join the growing number of apps would be “To-Do”, an app that has been launched for iOS devices. To-Do is basically Microsoft’s replacement of the Wunderlist task management app that they acquired back in 2015, so if you liked Wunderlist then there might be features in To-Do that could appeal to you as well.
According to Microsoft, “It combines intelligent technology and beautiful design to empower you to create a simple daily workflow. Organize your day with To-Do’s smart Suggestions and complete the most important tasks or chores you need to get done, every day. To-Do syncs between your phone and computer, so you can access your to-dos from school, the office, or the grocery store or even while you’re traveling around the world.”
The company notes that Wunderlist users don’t have to make the switch to To-Do yet, but they have created an importer if users are interested in migrating. Microsoft states, “Once we are confident that we have incorporated the best of Wunderlist into To-Do, we will retire Wunderlist. While the name and icon may change, the team that brought you Wunderlist continues on. We look forward to making To-Do even more useful, intuitive and personal.” The app is a free download via the iTunes App Store.
