T-Mobile really wants you to ditch your carrier and join Magenta so it’s giving you an incentive to make the switch. It has launched a new promotion for those who bring their number over to T-Mobile. They can get an iPhone 7 for free or an iPhone 7 Plus for just $100 after trade-in and rebate. T-Mobile does point out that this is a limited time offer and that it’s open to all new and existing Magenta customers.
T-Mobile’s free iPhone 7 promotion for those who switch carriers is only going to be available until March 16th so if you’re interested in taking advantage of this, it would be best to make a decision over the next couple of days.
Those who switch have to bring over their number to T-Mobile and sign up for the carrier’s T-Mobile One plan. They have to trade-in any qualifying smartphone to get a new iPhone on T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan. Customers get instant credit for their trade-in and once they register online, they will receive a prepaid MasterCard in the mail with their rebate which they can apply to their remaining EIP balance.
This offer isn’t just limited to individual customers, even big families and small businesses can get in on it because T-Mobile will honor it on accounts with up to 12 lines. As always, be sure to read the fine print carefully before you actually decide to make the switch.
