The good news is that it appears that Samsung has managed to do just that with the upcoming Galaxy S8. According to a report from The Korea Herald (via SamMobile), it seems that Samsung’s partners who were reportedly given a sneak peek at the Galaxy S8 at MWC 2017 walked away very impressed.
The report claims that the partners told local press that what they saw was “very impressive”, but given the secrecy of the meeting, nothing about the phone was revealed. Of course we guess it is possible that Samsung’s partners were just being optimistic, but Samsung’s Galaxy S handsets have so far been very well-received.
Samsung themselves seem to be pretty optimistic about the Galaxy S8 as well because we have heard that they are planning to have 12 million units ready at launch. Whether or not they’ll sell them all remains to be seen, but remember to check back with us at the end of March for the official announcement.
