The good news is that if these Stories are something that you enjoy watching, then you might be interested to learn that Facebook Stories are rolling out on a wider scale now and will be coming to more countries than before. It should be noted that this isn’t a worldwide rollout just yet, but rather an expansion of its availability.
This means that if your country isn’t one of the countries to get the feature, then you might still have to do some waiting. The feature is pretty much identical to the versions launched on Instagram and WhatsApp, where users can upload photos and videos and where they will be visible at the top of your News Feed for 24 hours.
So far the feature has been somewhat successfully replicated on the likes of Instagram, but whether or not it will be just as well-received on Facebook itself remains to be seen. So far based on personal experience, WhatsApp Status isn’t exactly very popular amongst my contacts either, but we’ll have to wait and see.
