It goes without saying that Destiny 2 is one of the most highly anticipated games of 2017. Bungie hasn’t revealed much about this title but the little that we’ve heard so far is exciting, to say the least. A poster image belonging to an Italian retailer has been leaked online which possibly reveals when the Destiny 2 release is going to take place.
The original Destiny title came out nearly three years ago so it’s about time that the company came out with a sequel to the title that has certainly proven to be very popular among the gaming community.
The Italian retailer’s poster image mentions that the Destiny 2 release is going to take place on Friday, September 8th in Europe. Whether or not that’s the release date for North America as well remains to be seen, but even if it’s not, it’s not like there’s going to be a major difference between the two.
Bungie is going to provide more information about Destiny 2 in the coming months. We will most likely have to wait until E3 2017 to get more information about the Destiny sequel. What it has confirmed is that progress from the original Destiny won’t be carried over to the new game.
Destiny 2 is expected to be released for PC as well, aside from the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
