It has only been a couple of months since the first Dark Souls 3 DLC was released. Titled Ashes of Ariandel, the first DLC brought some great new content for this popular game and players are now anxiously awaiting the release of the second DLC. A new report suggests that the second Dark Souls 3 DLC might be called The City of the Dead and that it’s possible for the DLC missions to be based in Londor.
A YouTuber by the name of Sanadsk has covered Dark Souls 3 extensively on his channel. He claims to have found several mentions to the second DLC in the game’s files which reveal that the Japanese name of the new DLC will be Miyako no Moujia which means The City of the Dead. This hints at the possibility of the DLC being set in Londor, land of the Hollows.
In his comments on the first DLC for this game, Sanadsk mentions that while the gameplay is quite brutal and players are tasked with taking on some particularly powerful enemies, the action ends too quickly so those who want to spend more time playing it would probably end up not liking it.
As far as official information about the second Dark Souls 3 DLC is concerned, we’ve yet to hear anything from the developer or the publisher of this game. It’s unclear at this point in time when the second Dark Souls 3 DLC is going to be out and whether or not it’s really going to be called The City of the Dead.
