Myst was one of those classic PC games that despite it being more than two decades old, it is still fondly remembered by many gamers. This isn’t surprising given that it was sort of the first of its kind, and thanks to its legacy we’ve seen countless ports and remasters of the game, although the good news for Android users is that they can now play it on their phones.
The folks at Noodlecake have released “realMyst” for Android. For those unfamiliar with Noodlecake, this is the developer responsible for titles like Shooting Stars! and also helped to bring Alto’s Adventure onto Android, so safe to say that the company does have a pretty good reputation for the quality of their games and ports.
In case you did not know, “realMyst” is actually not a new game per se. The game was actually remastered back in 2000 was originally developed by Myst’s developer Cyan. It found its way onto iOS devices many years ago but like we said, it looks like the game has finally made its way onto Android devices.
The game is not a free download and will cost gamers a hefty $7. However there are no in-app purchases so what you pay for is what you will get. We have to say that it certainly brings back a lot of memories just by looking at it and if you want to get your hands on it, head on over to the Google Play Store for the download.
