Hulu has been working hard to get some of the most fan favorite series on its streaming service so that it can bring in subscribers who like these old shows and still keep them alive. It’s sticking to this strategy as Hulu has confirmed that it’s soon going to have all Golden Girls episodes available for on-demand streaming. The service confirmed this via a tweet sent through its official account.
Hulu is adding a great show from the years gone by to its winter lineup. The Golden Girls was much loved back then and is still appreciated by millions of fans across the globe. It serves Hulu’s interests well to have it on its streaming service.
This is an important addition to the lineup as Hulu sticks with its strategy of getting more fan favorite series on its service to appeal to subscribers who want to have the ability to stream a random episode on-demand.
It was able to get a leg up on its rivals by becoming the only streaming service to offer all episodes of Seinfeld which is perhaps the epitome of a fan favorite classic, perhaps second only to Friends (that’s debatable), which is available on Netflix.
Hulu has confirmed that subscribers will be able to access every episode of the Golden Girls starting February 13th, 2017.
