If you’re shopping for a new compact camera and/or mirrorless camera, you might have heard the rumors from last year that Fujifilm could be launching both the X-T20 and X100F later this month. Now thanks to a post on Nokishita Camera, alleged images of both cameras have been leaked online.
As you can see from the photos above and below, it seems that for the most part Fujifilm has kept the same design as its predecessors. Is this a good or bad thing? We guess if you’re already familiar with the layout then it’s good that you don’t need to relearn how to use the new system. The bad is it probably means that any misgivings you might have had with the old layout will probably still be there.
That being said we have no idea if these photos are the real deal, but Nokishita Camera has been pretty good with leaks in the past so who knows? Not to mention both photos also look pretty legit, but then again anyone with some skills in Photoshop shouldn’t have too hard a time to manipulate these images.
In any case these newly leaked photos are in line with some of the photos we’ve seen in the past, so at the very least they are consistent. Both cameras are rumored for an announcement on the 19th of January which is in a couple of days, so check back with us then for more updates.
