Fujifilm X-T20 Mirrorless Camera Launched

We know that Fujifilm’s X-T2 and X-Pro2 cameras are pretty alluring, but we also know that they come with very hefty price tags and not everyone can afford them. However if you want a Fujifilm camera that will give you access to the ecosystem of excellent X-series of lenses, then perhaps the newly announced X-T20 might be of interest to you.

Just like the X100F, the X-T20 has been rumored about for a while now and is the successor to the X-T10 that was announced back in 2015. As expect it does come with several notable upgrades to it, although it seems to be largely under the hood as the exterior of the camera doesn’t look too different at a glance.

Starting with a 24.3MP X-Trans CMOS III sensor, the X-T20 will come with 4K video capture and a touchscreen control, both of which are improvements/upgrades over the X-T10. The camera will also come with 91 autofocus points, 49 of which are of the phase detection variety. There is an electronic viewfinder and will come with a bunch of artistic filters that you can use to enhance your photos in-camera.

In terms of pricing and availability, the X-T20 will continue the trend of being a mid-range mirrorless camera for Fujifilm and is priced at $900 for the body-only, or $1,200 for the camera plus an 18-55mm f/2.8-4 kit lens.
