If you are in that camp, you’ll be pleased to learn that at CES 2017, Dell has taken the wraps off the latest upgrade to the XPS 15, the 15-inch model from the XPS series. Specs of the laptop were actually spotted not too long ago, and it seems that they are pretty much in line with what we are seeing for the official specs.
This includes the latest 7th generation Intel Core i processors that users can configure up to an i7-7700HQ. Customers will also be able to choose up to 32GB of RAM, something that MacBook Pro users have been asking for, and its 15.6-inch display can go up to an UHD resolution with touchscreen capabilities.
We’re also looking at onboard graphics of either Intel’s HD Graphics 630, or a discrete GPU from NVIDIA in the form of the GeForce GTX 1050 with 4GB of VRAM. It will come with Windows 10 preinstalled and can also be configured to have up to 1TB of SSD storage, although we reckon it will cost you. Pricing is not mentioned but we reckon it shouldn’t be too far off from the current-gen model, and will also depend on the specs you choose for it.
