It’s safe to assume that we all know that Santa isn’t real, but at the same time the concept is so whimsical that maybe for some of us, it would be nice if Santa was real. We’re also sure some are wondering what it might be like to ride on his sleigh and see how he makes his deliveries all in a single night.
The good news is that now you can, sort of. In the latest Samsung Gear VR experience released by the company, it will give Gear VR users a chance to experience what it might be like to ride on Santa’s sleigh through the magic (and technology) of virtual reality! Dubbed “The Night Before”, this experience is clearly aimed at users with the Gear VR headset.
However given that this is a YouTube video, if you own a device that supports VR, like the PlayStation VR, you should be able to view it just fine. Alternatively even if you don’t own a VR headset, you can watch it like a regular video but it probably won’t be quite as fun. Samsung is also expected to provide users with a full VR experience at The Grove in LA and Herald Square Park in NYC.
