Overwatch was released to good reviews earlier this year and gamers who picked up a copy generally liked what Blizzard had created. Some even liked the game so much that they crowdfunded cookies to send to Blizzard as a thank you for creating this game. The developer wants more people to pick up the game which is why it has decided to offer an Overwatch price cut ahead of the holidays.
Blizzard has confirmed that the Overwatch price has been cut for the holidays. It’s offering a $20 discount on the game across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The developer is offering the game at a very good price so those who have been on the fence about buying this game should take the plunge now.
Overwatch Origins Edition can now be purchased for $39.99 instead of the usual $59.99 price on the aforementioned consoles as well as on PC. The base version of the game has also been discounted alongside the Origins Edition on PC, it can now be purchased for $29.99.
The Overwatch price cut is going to be in effect until January 3rd, 2017 so you have ample time to make up your mind if you want to spend your money on this game. At this price, it would be hard not to for those who have been meaning to buy Overwatch for a long time.
