They say that with computers, what you have is pretty much considered out of date the minute you put it all together. This is because at the rate technology is progressing, we’re looking at new GPUs that are more powerful, CPUs that are faster and more efficient, storage that can read/write faster with much more memory than before, and so on.
That being said if you think your gaming PC is getting a bit long in the tooth, it seems that NVIDIA is looking to sell customers what they are calling the “PC Gaming Revival Kit”. This bundle was initially spotted by VideoCardz and for now, NVIDIA seems to be targeting gamers who are living in Spanish-speaking countries.
So what’s in the kit, you ask? It will come bundled with an MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB OC Twin Frozr graphics card, Corsair Force Series LE 240 SSD, Corsair CX450M power supply with 80 Plus Bronze certification, a download code that gamers can use to redeem Gears of War 4, and last but not least, an NVIDIA t-shirt.
It has been pointed out that if you were to purchase these items separately, the end cost would be around the same as the bundle. This means that the only advantage to this bundle is that it’s convenient, but other than that we’re not how much of an advantage this is. Anyway like we said, it seems to be targeted at Spanish-speaking countries right now and we’re not sure if there are plans to eventually come stateside.
