Earlier this month we were treated to new Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay footage. However if you’re looking forward to seeing more of the game, you’ll be pleased to learn that you’ll just have to wait until next week because in a post on the Mass Effect Twitter page, the developers have confirmed that additional footage will be released next Wednesday.
The tweet reads, “Ready to see more Mass Effect: Andromeda environments and gameplay? Tune in to @nvidia’s CES keynote next Wednesday.” Yup, in case you didn’t know, next week is when CES 2017 is expected to kick off. NVIDIA is expected to be present and we guess Andromeda will be used to showcase their technology as well.
We’re not sure what they will be showing off this time that we haven’t already seen, but given how beautiful the game looks so far, we are curious to see what else we might be able to do in the game upon its release. So far neither EA nor BioWare have confirmed when Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released.
The game has been given a tentative release date for Spring 2017 where it is expected to launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and the PC. Unfortunately a recent rumor about the Nintendo Switch has indicated that there are no plans to bring Mass Effect: Andromeda to the platform, at least not right now.
