A report from Fuji Rumors has revealed that the X100F compact camera will not feature weather sealing. Given that the X100T, the X100F’s predecessor, also did not come with weather sealing, this really shouldn’t come as a surprise, although we guess some of you guys out there might have been hoping for that feature.
As for the rest of the camera’s specs, the rumors are saying we can look forward to the same 24MP X-Trans CMOS II sensor found in the X-T2 and X-Pro2. It is also expected to maintain the same 23mm f/2.0 lens that was used in the previous X100-series of cameras, which is good news if you like the focal length and aperture.
The camera is also expected to be announced on the 19th of January, so do check back with us in the coming weeks for the official details, if there are any to be had!
