As part of its PlayStation Plus membership, Sony provides members with a handful of free games every month. They can keep these games for as long as they like but they just have to download them in the period that Sony makes them free. Sony has now confirmed the list of free PS Plus games for January 2017. This new set of games is going to ring in the New Year for PS Plus members.
Day of the Tentacle Remastered is the first title included in this list for PlayStation 4, it supports cross buy on PlayStation Vita. This is a time traveling, mind-bending puzzle adventure game which sees three unlikely friends work together to stop an eveil mutated purple tentacle from taking over the world. Sounds fun.
Those who want something serious would appreciate This War of Mine: The Little Ones which is also free for PlayStation 4. Players will play as a group of civilians who are trying to survive in a city that’s under siege as they struggle to collect enough food and medicine.
PS Plus members who own a PlayStation 3 will receive Blazerush and The Swindle for Free. The Swindle supports cross buy on PS4 and PS Vita. Azkend 2 and Titan Souls are free for PS Vita, Titan Soul has cross buy support on PS4.
