Unlike the DTEK50 and DTEK60, the DTEK70 appears to sport a physical QWERTY keyboard and appears to be of the candybar design. It kind of reminds us of an elongated BlackBerry Passport in terms of looks. As for its specs, it has been speculated that it will feature a 4.5-inch display.
The last time the handset was spotted on Geekbench some of its specs was revealed and it apparently featured a Snapdragon 625 chipset with 3GB of RAM which makes it a mid-ranger, but the upside is that it came with Android 7.0 Nougat preinstalled. Also as you can see in the image above, it has been suggested that the phone could come with a fingerprint sensor integrated into the keyboard’s space bar button.
In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but this rendering seems to be in line with some earlier leaks. TCL, who will be making BlackBerry’s handsets from now on, is expected to unveil new devices at CES 2017, so maybe we’ll learn more about the DTEK70 then.
