It is no secret that Apple has long desired to position the Apple Watch as less of a typical gadget, but more like a gadget that fashion forward individuals would not mind sporting on their wrists for all kinds of events, whether it be at the gym, at a fashion show, or at a fancy dinner party.
This is why the company has teamed up with the likes of Hermes, and also why we have seen creations from Coach as well as far as Apple Watch straps are concerned. If you’re looking for more fashion-friendly straps, you’ll be pleased to learn that TOMS, a company known for their shoes and accessories has launched their own collection of straps.
As you can see in the image above, and if you have ever shopped at TOMS, you’ll realize that these straps are pretty much in line with the company’s image and theme, which is actually not a bad thing if you’re after something casual and not too over the top. They are split into two lineups: the $49 Utility Collection and the more expensive $75 leather-clad Artisan Collection.
The utility collection will feature the use of grosgrain fabric, some leather detailing, and a metal buckle and a free loop. They will also play nicely with either the 38mm or 42mm models of the Apple Watch. As for the artisan collection, this will see the use of a woven fabric top that has been attached to a full-length leather backing. Once again it will also play nicely with the 38mm and 42mm versions of the Apple Watch. If you’d like to get your hands on them, hit up TOMS’ website for the details.
