We’re sure that many gamers are looking forward to playing Mass Effect: Andromeda. After all given the success of the franchise so far, many are probably wondering how Andromeda will play like especially when you consider that we’re starting a brand new story and will no longer see Commander Shepard in the main role.
We guess we have no choice but to wait for the game’s release, but in the meantime the folks at Bioware have since released the game’s cinematic trailer which we reckon is most definitely worth tuning in to watch. The trailer was released in celebration of N7 Day, which is basically an unofficial holiday for Mass Effect (we’re sure your boss/school won’t accept it as an excuse, so maybe don’t bother trying).
According to the description on Bioware’s website, “Take the role of the Pathfinder, leading humanity’s search for a new home in this unexplored and unforgiving region of space. You’ll chart your own course, navigating the Andromeda galaxy to unravel its mysteries, discover vivid alien worlds, and lead the charge to find the human race a new home among the stars.”
They add, “You’ll be able to upgrade and customize your gameplay experience with a deep and flexible progression system, and lead your squad into action-packed combat using advanced weaponry, special abilities, and more than a few new tricks.” In the meantime there is still no specific date on when Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released, but they have pegged it for the Spring of 2017.
