You might not have heard of LeEco before and that’s something this Chinese company really wants to rectify. The company launched itself in the United States with a bang last month, unveiling a plethora of new products ranging from smartphones to a self-driving electric car. It’s obviously not selling the car right now but you can certainly buy its smartphones. LeEco is running a flash sale today through which it’s going to offer discounts on the Le S3 and Le Pro3 smartphones.
LeEco is offering $100 discounts on both debut smartphones to customers in the United States. The discount brings down the handsets to a very attractive price point so even if you were double-minded about buying a device from a Chinese company you’ve never heard of before, perhaps the discounted price will sway you.
The Le S3 normally costs $249 but it can be purchased today for $149. It features a 5.5 inch full HD display, a Snapdragon 652 processor with 3GB RAM, a 16 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front camera, USB Type-C port all of which is enclosed in an aluminum body.
The Le Pro S3 costs $299 after discount, it features a Snapdragon 821 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. It also packs an absolutely massive 4,070mAh battery. Both handsets don’t feature a headphone jack so you will have to make do with USB-C headphones.
LeEco’s flash sale is a one day affair only and the company says that supplies will be limited so if you want one, better get your order in when the sale goes live at 1 PM Eastern/ 10 AM Pacific.
